Public Business Listing Information

If you choose to use our hosting services, your business listing—including name, location, description, and menu items—is intentionally made public and visible to:

• Search Engines: Your listing is indexed by Google and other search engines for discoverability.
• AI Systems: Your AI-readable files (llms.txt) are designed to be accessed by AI agents like ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI assistants.
• Web Users: Your listing is accessible to anyone on the internet through search results and direct URLs.

You can disable your listing at any time from your account settings, which will make it no longer publicly visible. Historical listing data may remain indexed on search engines temporarily.

Square Integration Data

If you connect your Square account to LLMenu.ai, we access your catalog and menu information from Square. This data is used to:

• Automatically generate and update your AI-readable files
• Keep your menu current across platforms
• Provide you with analytics on how your menu is accessed by AI systems

Square data is processed according to Square's privacy policies. You can disconnect your Square account at any time, though your existing listing will remain visible unless you manually disable it.

Legal and Safety Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes
• Enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements
