By accessing or using LLMenu.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LLMenu.ai provides a platform that helps local businesses become discoverable by AI assistants and search engines. Our services include generating AI-readable files (llms.txt) from your business information, hosting public listings, providing analytics on AI agent visits, and integrating with point-of-sale systems like Square for automatic menu updates.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain inaccurate information.

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period ends, certain features will be limited until you subscribe to a paid plan.

After Trial Expiration

When your trial expires:

  • Your listing remains live and accessible to AI agents
  • Analytics data collection will pause
  • You cannot upload new files or update your listing
  • You can still view historical data
  • You may disable your listing at any time

Custom Subscriptions

To continue with full access after your trial, contact us to arrange a custom subscription plan based on your business needs.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"), including business information, menus, and images. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
  • Your User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Your User Content is accurate and not misleading
  • Your User Content complies with all applicable laws

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LLMenu.ai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Square POS, Stripe, and AI platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING INCREASED VISIBILITY IN AI RECOMMENDATIONS OR INCREASED SALES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LLMENU.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LLMenu.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located within our jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
